Apperance: A clouded amber beer. A high off-white head with good lacing and good curtains. (4.5)
Aroma: Smelling of fruits, ripe pears and apple, yeast, grass and hay. A faint spiciness. (3.5)
Taste: Tasting bread, sweet orange, marmalade and some bitter peel. (3)
Palate: Medium high carbonation, a soft texture, slightly watery. A medium body with a long dry finish. (3.5)
Overall: Surprisingly light for above 8%, still young and a bit rough. (3.5)
