(3) Aroma: Sweet fruity, banana, canned pears, spices, cardamom and clove. (3.5) Taste: Tasting sweet, wheat bread, lemon jam, a spicy bitterness. A hint of old yeast. (3.5) Palate: High carbonation, small foamy bubbles, soft, medium body, slightly dry finish. (3) Overall: Not the best blonde I've had, a bit watery and stale (BBF 2014) (3) Bottle 330 ml |

(3) Aroma: Smelling sweet, honey, ripe fruits, peaches, apricots, some sherry and yeast. (4) Taste: Starting very sweet, apricot jam and brandy, sherry notes and some spicy yeast. (3.5) Palate: Medium carbonation, small foamy bubbles, thick and oily, good body. (4) Overall: A potent ale, made for strong cheese. (4) Bottle 330 ml |

(3.5) Aroma: The smell is very yeasty, grape-fruit and lime soda, some vinegar and spice. (3) Taste: Starting with sweet cardamom bun, then bitter orange marmalade. (3.5) Palate: A medium carbonation, small foamy bubbles, a sour dry finish. (4) Overall: A bit sweet, but rather refreshing, better with food than as a thirst quencher. (3.5) Bottle 330 ml |

Beer produced by Brasserie de l'Abbaye des Rocs s.a., BE Appearance: The beer is bright copper has tons of flakes in it, a white head that leaves little lacing and has small curtains. (2) Aroma: The smell is fruity, peaches, pears, oranges, and sour sweet, some yeasty spicy wibes. (3) Taste: Starting sweet white bread, then mango chutney and old cheese. (3) Palate: Little carbonation, soft, slightly sticky, a modest dryness. (3.5) Overall: The looks of it where worse than the smell, taste and feel. That's good. I tried to handle the bottle with care, but the segmentation where too easily disturbed and very noticeable. (3) Bottle 330 ml. |

(3) Aroma: Sweet apricot marmalade, spicy sponge cake, yeast, old bananas. (3.5) Taste: A sweet mixed fruit marmalade start, some spicy notes, bitter orange peel. (4) Palate: Rather high carbonation, small lively bubbles, soft and sticky texture, a good body and a dry warm finish. (4.5) Overall: In all a good strong ale, very good with ripe hard cheese. (4) Bottle 330 ml |
