(4) Aroma: Smelling fruity Belgian yeast, bananas, apricot. (4) Taste: Starting very sweet, brown sugar on wheat bread, then some spiciness, clove, cardamom, ripe pears and banana peel. (4.5) Palate: Medium high carbonation, small foamy bubbles, soft and slightly sticky, a good body and smooth dry finish. (4.5) Overall: A good solid triple, very well suited with hard cheese.
