Apperance: The beer is clear and light orange amber, an off-white head with little lacing and curtains. (3.5)
Aroma: The smell has toffee and nuts, pears and grass in it. (3.5)
Taste: The taste starts sweet, brown bread, fruity notes, lemon, apples, and a seedy bitterness. (3.5)
Palate: Medium high carbonation, small lively bubbles, refreshing but with slightly coarse dry ending. (4)
Overall: A very mellow and pleasant English IPA, almost in the bitter area. That's nice. (4)
