Apperance: The beer is slightly hazy deep orange, has an off-white head that leaves little lacing and small curtains. (4)
Aroma: The smell has a sweet sourness to it, like apple vinegar with sugar added. (4.5)
Taste: The taste has an upfront sweetness, then sour red berries, some rhubarbs. (4)
Palate: A small carbonation, very small bubbles, fresh texture, a medium body, a sry sour finish. (4.5)
Overall: A very decent lambic, a clean mice acidity, well and moderatly balanced with sweetness. (4)
