Apperance: The beer is clear amber, has a nice even off-white head, good lacing and some curtains. (4)
Aroma: Mostly malty smells, honey, pears and nuts. Some grass. (3.5)
Taste: The taste is also malt dominated, sweet brown bread, ripe pears and apples, nuts, grass and hay. (4)
Palate: Medium low carbonation, soft and oily but yet refreshing, a nice good long bitter finish. (4.5)
Overall: A solid very nice bitter. (4)
