Oktober Bock

Apperance: The brew is clear amber with a nice deep off-white head that settles slowly and leaves good lacing. Curtains (3.5)
Aroma: The smell is much about malt, cereal, grains, bread. Some apple and apricot fruitiness as well. (3.5)
Taste: Starting quite sweet, brown bread with syrup, apples, pears, lemon curd. (4)
Palate: Medium carbonation, small bubbles, soft and sticky initially, then a slow dryness. (3.5)
Overall: Not bad, but a bit too much on the sweet side for me. (3.5)
