CPH Black Oak

Apperance: The beer is clouded mahogany brown, a very small off white head (or disoint bubbles). No lacing, but very good curtains. (4)
Aroma: The smell is strong wine, sherry, Madeira, Marzipan, oak. (4)
Taste: A sweet raisins and figs presence, with sherry, brandy and cask character. (3.5)
Palate: No carbonation, a rather fresh and smooth feeling, a good body. (4)
Overall: Probably a bit young this one, should sit around a decade. (3.5)
