Apperance: The beer is pale amber with an off-white head that settles a bit unevenly leaving good lacing with some curtains. (3.5)
Aroma: The smell is fresh and bitter, fruits, green apples, but also grapr-fruit and hard bread. (4.5)
Taste: Starting with brown bread nuances, bitter oranges, red apples and grape-fruit peel. (4)
Palate: Medium carbonation, small bubbles, soft and refreshing, a very long dry finish. (4)
Overall: A very refreshing and multi-dimensional Märzen. The hops really lifts it. (4)
