Bishops Bitter

Apperance: The beer is chestnut brown and slightly hazy, a tan uneven head leaving good lacing. (4)
Aroma: Smelling of fresh bread, pears and lemon. (3.5)
Flavor: The taste is staring with brown bread, then has some citric juices, grape-fruit peel, grass and flowers, and some hints of anisette. (3.5)
Palate: Medium carbonation, small bubbles, a good body, a dry finish. (3.5)
Overall: Actually a bit too hoppy, makes it unbalanced. This beer is brewed just for for the Bishops Arm. (3)
