Apperance: The beer is hazy dark yellow with a small off-white head, little lacing and curtains. (3.5)
Aroma: Smelling of stable, vinegar, lemons, rhubarbs and flowers. (4)
Flavor: Starting with a dextrose sweetness, then much acidity, pears, lemon, white vinegar and some perfume, finishing with some lemon zest. (4.5)
Palate: Medium low carbonation, a very perky and fresh feeling, a medium low body with a sour dryness. (4.5)
Overall: A very yummy, well balanced, thirst quenching lambic. (4.5)
