Aroma: The smell is sweet and fruity, grapes, vinegar and a whiff of stable. (4)
Flavor: The taste is sweet, grapes, elderberries, apples, vinegar and white whine. (4)
Palate: Medium low carbonation, minimal bubbles, a fresh feeling, a warm and dry finish. (4.5)
Overall: A very nice brew, very well with dinner, read meat. (4)
