Apperance: A clear red ruby beer, a small off-white head, some lacing and good curtains. (4.5)
Aroma: The smell is cask y oak, red vinegar, some cured meat and stable. (4)
Taste: The taste is sweet, but fresh, fruity, dark bread, red vinegar, some acetic acid notes. (4.5)
Palate: A light carbonation, small foamy bubbles, soft and refreshing, a light sour dry finish. (4)
Overall: A very invigorating and well balanced Flemish red ale. This was beer 1000 at beeradvocate. (4.5)
