Smoked Baltic Porter

Apperance: The beer is very dark brown, a tan head with small bubbles that leaves very good lacing and have good curtains. (4)
Aroma: Overwhelming roasted notes, dark chocolate, dried figs and dates. A slight Kahlua vibe. (4)
Flavor: Burnt toast, dry ashes, sweet dark dried fruits, brown sugar and syrup, some lemon peel at the end. (4)
Palate: Low carbonation, small vigorous bubbles, oily and smooth, a sticky dryness. (3.5)
Overall: Well balanced, a rewarding porter experience. (4)
