Apperance: The brew is clear light amber, many medium bubbles, an off-white head that leaves some lacing. Small curtains. (3.5)
Aroma: The smell is vaguely nuts, ripe apples and some grass. (3)
Taste: Starting sweet, bread, oatmeal, some ripe apples and pears, finishing with a grassy bitterness. (4)
Palate: Medium high carbonation, rather fresh and lively texture, medium small body, a smooth dry finish. (4)
Overall: A nice bitter, refreshing and drinkable. (3.5)
