Wet Hop Kellerbier

Apperance: The brew is slightly hazy deep golden, has a warm white head that is very foamy, leaves loads of lacing. (3.5)
Aroma: The smell is fresh butter, dough with yeast and a whiff of dried peas. (3)
Flavor: Initially a white sugar sweetness, a hint of butter, then much bitterness, lemon peel and crushed seeds. (3.5)
Palate: Medium carbonation, small bubbles, a medium body, almost coarse and long dryness. (3.5)
Overall: To me it was a bit to dry and bitter. But probably that was intended. (3)
