Belgian Style Yeti

Apperance: The soup is dark dark brown, has a brown head that settles slowly leaving very good lacing. Very heavy curtains. (4.5)
Aroma: Smelling of tons of malt, sweet dark fruits, dark chocolate and brown sugar. Some oak vibes. (4.5)
Taste: Sweet brown bread, roasted crust, burned wood, ashes, sweet dried figs and dates, lemon zest. (4)
Palate: Medium carbonation, small bubbles, soft and sticky, some oil, a warm dry finish. (4)
Overall: A very potent brew, well balanced wrt to the bitterness. However needs to be enjoyed slowly. (4)
