Apperance: The beer is orangy brown and hazy, has a small pinkish head, no lacing and little curtains (4) Aroma: The smell has nuts and some cherries in it, but also vinegar and horse blanket. Rather modest. (4) Flavor: The taste is fruity and dextrose sweet, but not very sweet, red berries, green tea, a light acidity and mild note of chrushed cherry seeds. (4) Palate: Very little carbonation, soft and fresh, a medium to light body, very little dryness. (3.5) Overall: This one had aged beautifully (9 YO), round and well balanced. (4.5)
