Apperance: The beer is pale straw colored, has a white head that settles somewhat unevenly, leaving some lacing, small curtains. (3)
Aroma: The smell has some bread and cereal notes, lemon and some boiled vegetables. (3)
Taste: Initial white bread sweetness, some lemon juice notes, a pure alkaloid bitterness. (3)
Palate: Medium carbonation, small bubbles, soft, slightly sticky and a sharpish dryness. (3)
Overall: Overall a clean and straight lager, a bit closer to the Swedish (sweet) pale lager style than the dry German pilsener. (2.5)
