Apperance: The beer is dark copper hued, has an off-white firm small head, some lacing. Small curtains. (4)
Aroma: Smelling faintly of toffee, honey and pears. (3)
Taste: Sweet bread with syrup, grass and ripe apples, bitter apple seeds. (3.5)
Palate: Medium carbonation, fresh and smooth feeling, a medium body and a dry smooth finish. (3.5)
Overall: A nice honest ale! (4)
