Baltic Porter (Winter Porter)

Apperance: A dark brown clear brew, a small tan head, little lacing but good curtains. (3.5)
Aroma: Smells of dark fruits, smoked sausages and soy sauce. (4)
Taste: Sweet brown sugar and dark syrup, molasses, burned bread crust, dates and a dash of dark coffee. (4)
Palate: Medium high carbonation, small foamy bubbles, a soft, oily and somewhat sticky texture, a huge body. Not dry. (4)
Overall: In all a very nice potent Porter, good sipping qualities. (4)
