Kriek Lambicus

Apperance: The fluid is clear deep red, with a hint of brown, the head bleak pink leaving good lacing. (3.5)
Aroma: The smell is very sweet and definitely cherry, more like cherry soda than anything else. (3)
Flavor: The taste is also cherry dominated and extremely sweet, but with some refreshment from the lambic sourness. also bitter notes - probably from cherry seeds. (2.5)
Palate: A strong carbonation enhances the soda experience. (2.5)
Overall: In all a bit to much soda for me, needs to be moderated with some strong coffee and a small biscuit... (2.5)
