Apperance: A clear straw colored brew, an off-white head leaving good lacing but small curtains. (3.5)
Aroma: Sweet pear aroma, some hay. (3)
Flavor: Sweet taste as well, white bread, pears and some lime juice and peel. (3)
Palate: Medium carbonation, small bubbles, a light dry finish. (3.5)
Overall: First impression was "this is too sweet", after a while it got more nuanced. (3)
