Apperance: A hazy amber brew with a warm almost orange foam, High and slowly setting. Leaving loads of lacing and having good curatins as well. (5)
Aroma: Smelling of apricot jam, muffins, mango chutney, raisins and sherry. (4.5)
Flavor: Sweet bitter orange marmalade, plums and bitter grape-fruit peel. (4)
Palate: Medium low carbonation, small foamy bubbles, a large body, sticky and oily, a dry finish. (4)
Overall: In all very good, a bit of a fruity imperial IPA due to the heavy hopping. Would have been interesting to store a few years. (4)
