Aroma: Smelling of sweet dried fruits, raisins, dates, some yeast vibes, a bit spicy. (3.5)
Taste: Very sweet start, syrup, molasses, ripe apples, dates, sherry, some bitter residues. (3)
Palate: Little carbonation, small bubbles, sticky, big body with a short sharp dryness. (3)
Overall: Too sweet and sticky, might improve over a few years. (2.5)

Probably not enough yeast to start with, too much remaining sugar.
