Aroma: The smell is sour, lemon and sour milk, some earthy aromas, stable, leather. Funky! (4.5)
Flavor: The taste is crisp, sour, sour oak, vinegar with complex earthy notes. (4.5)
Palate: Little carbonation, a refreshing feeling, a dry acid finish. (4.5)
Overall: A straight top notch lambic, clean and very typical. Well done! (4.5)
