Apperance: A clouded bright amber, a firm off-white head, good lacing and some curtains. (4)
Aroma: Smelling citric and floral, grape-fruit, pine-resin and honey. (4)
Taste: Starting sweet, with toffee, grape-fruit, lemon peel and bitter nettles. (4)
Palate: Light carbonation, small foamy bubbles, soft and oily, a good body with a smooth dry finish. (4)
Overall: Well balanced, well done. (4)
