Aroma: Smelling of dried dark fruits, chocolate and a whiff of licorice. (4)
Taste: Tasting brown bread crust, dates, coffee, soy sauce and some bourbon. (4.5)
Palate: Little carbonation, small soft bubbles, thick, smooth and oily, a huge body and light dry finish. (4)
Overall: Very well balanced, a real treat and the perfect finish of an evening. (4.5)
