Apperance: The beer is clear brown, a small off-white head, good lacing, very good curtains. (4.5)
Aroma: The smell is much in the sweet area, honey, sherry and nuts. But also some cask, Port and dust. (4.5)
Taste: The taste is earthy, stables, leather, cream, sherry and Madeira. Initially brown sugar. (4.5)
Palate: Small carbonation, mild, smooth, oily but a rather unexpected small body. (4)
Overall: Very good, but should probably not be stored more - has probably peeked (after 11 years) (4)
