Apperance: The beer is very black with a red tone, a tan small head that leaves little lacing. Some curtains. (3.5)
Aroma: Dark roasted coffee, burnd bread, ashes. (3.5)
Taste: Sweet brown bread, nuts, dried dates and figs, milk chocolate, Kahlua. (4)
Palate: Small carbonation, soft and smooth, a thick body, a smooth dry finish. (4)
Overall: Pleasant, accessible, rewarding. Not much wrong here. (4.5)
