Apperance: The brew is clear light amber, has an off-white head with little lacing and small curtains. (3.5)
Aroma: Smelling of apples. grass and nettles. (3.5)
Flavor: The taste starts with sweet toffee, then some pears and also lemon peel. (3.5)
Palate: Little carbonation, a soft texture, medium body and a light dry finish. (3.5)
Overall: A good medium alcohol brew, decent and British. (3.5)
