Apperance: A clouded dark brownish straw colored brew, an off-white head with some lacing and small curtains. (3.5)
Aroma: Smelling of grass and nettles, some spices and a whiff of green apples. (3)
Taste: Starting with sweet loaf of bread, some lemon marmalade, slightly yeasty spicy. (3)
Palate: Little carbonation, very small bubbles, a soft texture, medium body, a slightly dry finish. (3.5)
Overall: In all not a bad lager, and a very good Falcon. (3.5)
