Apperance: A clear glittering amber brew, an off-white head, little lacing, good curtains. (4)
Aroma: The smell starts with a malt character, bread, molasses, then some hoppy grass and nettles. (3.5)
Taste: Tasting of brown bread, toffee, orange and apricot marmalade, some lemon peel and nettles. (4)
Palate: Little carbonation, soft and a sophisticated dry finish. (4)
Overall: A very well balanced and rewarding beer from Oppigårds, as always. (4.5)
