IPA

Apperance: The beer is clear dark amber, almost chestnut, a warm yellow off-white high head that settles slowly and leaves much lacing. (4.5)
Aroma: The smell is forest, pine, resin, hay, nettles, but also some squashed grape-fruit. (4)
Flavor: Starting with toffee, brown bread, then grapefruit juice and peel. A pine soap residue. (4)
Palate: Medium low carbonation, soft and oily, a good body and dry finish. (4.5)
Overall: In all a very good westcoast IPA. Well suited for summer BBQ. (4)
