Apperance: A light honey and straw colored ale, a white high head, leaving very much lacing. Good curtains. (4.5)
Aroma: The smell is sweet and fruity, pears in white wine. (3.5)
Flavor: A sweet fructose start, sponge cake, lemon and champagne, a peer peel slight bitterness. (4)
Palate: Medium low carbonation, very small bubbles, soft and smooth texture, a light dry finish. (3)
Overall: A nice clean multigrain beer, worked very well with sushi. (3.5)
