Apperance: The beer is clear gold, a white head that leaves some lacing. (3.5) Aroma: The smell is rather clean, a bit septic. A whiff of malty sugar. (3) Taste: The taste is surprisingly sweet, light syrup and digestive biscuits, it is balanced with some bitterness that stays well. The alcohol is noted. (3.5) Palate: Medium carbonated, a bit dry in the finish. (3.5) Overall: A rather straight down-to-the-business strong lager. Works well with a standard western cuisine. (3.5)
