Raspberry Wheat

Apperance: The beer pours with a very big fluffy pink head, almost only head, then the clouded red brew settles while the head leaves little lacing but there are some curtains. (3.5)
Aroma: The smell is sour fruity, red berries and yeast. (2.5)
Taste: Starts with sour raspberry lemonade wibes, like a soda with some vinegar. Not enough malt or sugar to balance it well, and not the lambic fresh sourness. (2)
Palate: medium high carbonation, foamy bubbles, a coarse sour dryness. Small body. (2.5)
Overall: Sorry this one did not really suit me. (The bottle is not Sainsburym but just "Meantime Raspberry wheat") (2)
