Apperance: A brown dusky brew with a small off-white head, leaving some lacing and having good curtains. (4)
Aroma: Funky sweet, almost perfume, wood, sour fruits. (3)
Flavor: Some sweet old fruits, stable nuances, balsamic vinegar. (4)
Palate: Medium carbonation, small foamy bubbles, fresh and lively texture, a sour dry finish. (4)
Overall: A sour complex one, possibly a bit short in the bite, and a (1) off-putting sweetish nuance in the smell. (4)
