Apperance: A clouded pale straw colored brew, a white high head that settles leaving good lacing but small curtains. (3.5)
Aroma: Smelling of yeast, spices, boiled asparagus and some lemon curd. (3)
Flavor: Starting with sweet dough, lemon marmalade, some spices, and boiled pork. (3)
Palate: Medium carbonation, small bubbles, soft and slightly oily, a medium body. (3)
Overall: A bit thin, but rather clean, sweet overtones. (3)
