Apperance: The brew is pale yellow straw colored, a white fluffy head that leaves good lacing. No curtains. (3.5)
Aroma: Much citric notes, lemon, lime, newly cut grass. (3)
Taste: Starting with white unsweetened bread, crackers, lemon juice and grape-fruit peel. (4)
Palate: Medium carbonation, soft and refreshing, a small body and long dry finish. (4)
Overall: A real cooling down beer for the summer heat. (4)
