Apperance: A hazy red brown brew, an off-white quickly settling head leaving little lacing but with good curtains. (3.5)
Aroma: Smelling of caramel, toffee, vanilla, muffin batter. Quite lovely. (4.5)
Taste: Starting sweet with caramel, butter scotch, apricots, whipped eggs and bitter orange peel. A very spicy bitterness. (4.5)
Palate: Low carbonation, oily, sticky, a huge body a warm dry finish. (4)
Overall: I really liked this one, sweet and yet with a bite. (4.5)
