Apperance: A clouded straw colored brew with a high white head, little lacing but good curtains. (3.5)
Aroma: Smelling fruity and spicy, grapes, dill, soap. (4)
Flavor: Sweet bread, fructose, spicy, cray-fish. (4)
Palate: Little carbonation, small soft bubbles, smooth and sticky, a good body. (4)
Overall: In all a well balanced very good Saison. (4.5)
