Apperance: The ale is clear amber, has a thick high off-white head leaving good lacing, some curtains. (4.5)
Aroma: The smell is citric, lemon and grape-fruit, and floral. (4)
Taste: Starting with toffee and caramel, grape-fruit zest and bitter seeds. (4)
Palate: Medium high carbonation, soft and oily texture, a big body and a good dry finish. (4)
Overall: As always very good maltiness and hop character, a traditional Sierra Nevada brew. (4)
