Apperance: A brown murky clouded brew, a dark off-white fluffy head that leaves much lacing and good curtains. (3.5)
Aroma: Smelling sweet and spicy, ripe banana, Christmas cake batter. (4)
Flavor: Starting sweet spicy bread, then banana, cardamom, clove and bitter orange. (4)
Palate: Medium carbonation, small bubbles, oily and sticky, a dense body, a short coarse dryness. (3.5)
Overall: Very spicy, very heavy sweet. The hops do not really balance that. But there is a lot of action in this one. (3.5)
