Apperance: A clouded reddish brown beer, an off-white head with little lacing and small curtains. (3.5)
Aroma: Smelling of yeast, vinegar and spices. Clove. (4)
Flavor: Starts with sweet bread, raisins, bitter oranges and some yeast. (4)
Palate: Medium low carbonation, soft texture, medium body. (3.5)
Overall: A nice sourish brew. Should be good with cave matured cheese. (3.5)
