Apperance: A clouded dark straw colored beer, a high white compact head leaving good lacing and good curtains. (4)
Aroma: Smelling rather weakly citric, lemon, oranges. (3)
Flavor: Tasting weakly of sweet cumin banana bread, bitter orange peel and a caustic bitterness. (3.5)
Palate: Medium carbonation, small bubbles, initially soft, medium body, then a dryness that ends coarsely. (3.5)
Overall: Well, actually too bitter for a kölsch - at least IMHO. (2.5)
