Apperance: A clouded dark straw colored brew, a white high head, little lacing but good curtains. (4)
Aroma: Smelling spicy, cloves, coriander, cardamom, vinegar, grape-fruit juice, some toffee and a metallic hint. (4)
Taste: Starting with sweet fructose notes, oranges, grape-fruit peel and the aromatic spices. (4.5)
Palate: Medium carbonation, foamy bubbles, a big body, a dry finish. (4)
Overall: A very nice and modern old ale. Fabulous with a casserole. (4.5)
