Apperance: A clouded light brass colored brew, with a white head that leaves some lacing, medium curtains. (3.5)
Aroma: Funky stable aromas, salt and mineral, alka-seltzer, yeast, peaches, pomegranates, grape-fruit and lime. (4.5)
Flavor: Starting sweet and fruity, peaches, orange marmalade, then salty licorice candy, bitter peel. (4)
Palate: Medium carbonation, small foamy bubbles, oily and sticky, a smooth dryness. (4.5)
Overall: A good, but demanding one. Hard strong cheese recommended. (4)
