Apperance: A brown murky clouded brew, a dark off-white fluffy head that leaves much lacing and good curtains. (3.5)
Aroma: Smelling sweetish, chocolate and somewhat spicy. (3.5)
Flavor: Starting with spicy bread, then rather flat chocolate and bitter orange. (3.5)
Palate: Medium carbonation, somewhat coarse, a small body, a short dryness. (3)
Overall: Not at all the same experience as a bottle in August. A saison gone unsour and loosing hoppiness. (3)
