Apperance: The beer is dark amber, a large fluffy warm off-white head that leaves lots of lacing and good lacing. (4.5)
Aroma: Smelling of sweetened pressed grape-fruit juice, sunny pine needles. Nice! (4.5)
Taste: Upfront toffee sweetness, then grape-fruit: fresh juice, peel and crushed seeds. (4.5)
Palate: Medium carbonation, medium sized bubbles, a smooth oily texture and big body, a nice long dryness. (4.5)
Overall: A welldone hoppy AIPA! (4.5)
